Payment & Refund Policy

There are no government fees or may be a small charge associated with registration. The app/website does not claim to be an agency, representative, or franchise of the government. This app is only a platform providing consulting services.

• All payments are consultancy charges only.
• Payments are non-refundable once registration/reference number is generated.
• No-questions-asked refund is available only within 1 hour of payment.
• Refund requests must be emailed to help@udyogmitracsc.in.
• OTP verification for Aadhaar, mobile and email is mandatory.
• If OTP is denied, certificate delivery is not possible and payment is non-refundable.
